Rick Interned at Rich Music during Summer 2024 as a Record Labels Operation Intern where he acted as a direct delegate to Frank Socorro, Head A&R and audio engineer for Rich Music and Morplay Studios. Some other takss included curating scripts for Rich Music's and Morplay's Social Media Pages as well as starring in them. Erick was able to get first hand experience in the music industry and everything which happens behind the scenes in artist management, releases, and project management.
